Print Design (Novel)

I am familiar with CreateSpace requirements and will make sure all type and imagery is fully licensed. For the Premium package, I’ll also set up a WordPress site for you (provided you pay for hosting) with a basic theme.
300 pages at 10 point text with .25″ indents at 6×9″ is around 115,000 words.
You can provide me a Word document (doc or docx) and I will provide a formatted PDF of both the cover (complete with spine and back) and interior created in InDesign (CS6). If you would like the source InDesign documents, they are available for an added $150.
Base: Cover only (300DPI) with 3D mockups (as seen in the image) for marketing/promotion.
Interior: Formatting for print
Optimal: Cover and formatting for print
Premium: Cover, formatting for print, WordPress install and setup of default theme with customized header/background and insertion of any content (pages).
Source Files: I will deliver my source files (formatted Word document, InDesign document, and PSD depending on the option you choose).
I can work with local printers and other POD providers, assuming you can send me the appropriate specs for printing.
