I am able to format for both Kindle and Smashwords. I am familiar with both requirements and will make sure all imagery is fully licensed for the cover and any interior separators. Type is done via Kindle/distribution paths so it is able to be dynamically changed by the user. For the full package, I’ll also set up a WordPress site for you (provided you pay for hosting) with a basic theme.

Base: Cover only (300DPI). You will also get some 3D mockups for use in promotion.
Interior: Formatting for either Kindle (optimized for Fire) or Smashwords

Premium: Cover, Kindle and Smashwords eBook, WordPress site install, ePub for personal distribution
Source Files: I will deliver my source files (formatted Word document, InDesign document, and PSD depending on the option you choose).
